At Polarsteps, our Product team is on a mission to reinvent the travel experience, one seamless step at a time. We work in tight-knit, cross-disciplinary teams: Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers join forces to solve real traveler problems with features that spark joy. You’ll be the go-to person for one of our core product pillars, balancing day-to-day optimization with bold, user-first innovations, all while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Your itinerary

What your journey at Polarsteps will look like day-to-day.

You will:

• Be responsible for one of our core Product domains, which is an early-stage product growing towards product-market-fit. You will be working on further building and maturing new propositions, playing a defining role for the future of our business.

• Own product initiatives end-to-end, in close cooperation with product & tech, community & support, and other stakeholders. You'll have a deep understanding of our product, our operations, and our users. This means asking the right questions, measuring and analyzing data, and always striving to learn from your peers.

• Prioritize those ideas that have a real impact over the stuff that doesn't matter as much, using your intuition and experience while always validating and measuring your assumptions.

• Translate big and complex topics into small and testable stories, striving to make the tasks and outcomes comprehensible for everyone you're working with.

• Play an active role in our agile rituals, facilitating retrospectives, reviews, demos, and daily standup meetings, and ensuring that work is properly refined before going into a planning session.

What we’re hoping you’ll bring with you.

✅ 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager for a technology company (at a fast-growing scale-up).

✅ Experience working on app-first consumer products.

✅ Strong in translating a vision into real, tangible features for users.

✅ A solid understanding of UX/UI and creating a great (app) experience.

✅ A passion for travel, with an innate curiosity about the world.

✅ Kudos if you have experience building AI powered products.
